Welch Motorsport to run Nye in BTCC

David Nye BTCCBritish Touring Car Championship team Welch Motorsport will add a Super 2000 Ford Focus to its line-up this year for David Nye.

Nye is a long-time saloon racer who competed for Welch in one-make SEATs in Europe.

The 55-year-old began racing in Ford Fiestas, and has most recently competed in Belgian Touring Cars and the Supercar Challenge.
