performance of 4G filter

I haven't had much time for this sort of thing, but a Labgear filter
turned up here so I tested it.

channel (average for 8MHz channel):loss in dB
54:1.7
56: 2.2
58:3.3
59: 4.2
60: 10.9
61: 31.6
62: 45.0
63 and up: I forgot to set the gain of the noise generator
appropriately, so this is where the level slipped below the meter noise.

Slope across 8MHz
58: 2.2dB
59: 3dB
60: 20dB
61: 22dB
